************* This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23696 of 2018, inasmuch the proceeding dated 25.06.2022 is not in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.23696 of 2018. 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent that the proceedings, dated 25.06.2022, is being withdrawn and that he also undertakes to comply with the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.23696 of 2018 dated 08.04.2022.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st Respondent would submit that they would comply with the direction issued by this Court.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Respondents may be directed to pass orders in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23696 of 2018. 5.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the Respondents to dispose of the Petitioner's representation in compliance with the order passed in W.P(MD).No.23696 of 2018, dated 08.04.2022, within a period of four weeks from today i.e., 29.11.2022.
