ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. The petitioners filed Crl.O.P(MD)No.16173 of 2019 seeking anticipatory bail. The petitioners had given undertaking before this Court that they would liquidate the liability within a period of four months. Recording their undertaking, anticipatory bail was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granted on 14.11.2019. The petitioners did not honour the undertaking. Therefore, at the instance of the defacto complainant, the anticipatory bail order granted was cancelled. Now, the petitioners have filed second Criminal Original Petition for the relief of anticipatory bail. When the petitioners earlier anticipatory bail was cancelled in view of their conduct, in the absence of change in circumstances, the question of maintaining second anticipatory bail petition does not arise. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
