O R D E R

This writ petition is filed as against the communication of the second respondent, Panchayat President of Vengaikurichi Village Panchayat, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District dated 06.04.2015. By the impugned communication, the second respondent Panchayat President has directed the petitioner to stop the construction work in the name of Sri Kottai Muniyappan Coir Industries, as per Rule 34 (e) (iii) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules, 1997 that this petitioner has not obtained any extension of the building plan approval which has been granted already.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as a subsequent development, the petitioner has been permitted to complete the construction work and as on date he has completed the building.

3.Considering the fact that this writ petition is filed only as against the stop work notice issued by the second respondent/ Vengaikurichi Village Panchayat President and subsequently the construction work has been completed, this Writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
