COMMON ORDER The demand notices issued by the Nagercoil Municipality demanding the petitioner to pay the property tax in respect of the petition mentioned properties, were under challenge in the writ petitions.

2.When the writ petitions are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side, in one voice submits that pending writ petitions, the petitioner has paid the entire property tax and as on date, there are no arrears of property tax.
