The petitioner has approached this Court that his complaint has not been addressed by the respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated and the same was closed, on 02.08.2025.

3.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
