ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur to dispose of the case in M.C.No.4 of 2022 within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a 80% differently abled person and he filed M.C.No.4 of 2022 seeking maintenance from his mother and brother. But, the same is kept pending without any progress.

3. Perusal of the B-diary extract shows that the petitioner only remained absent on the date of hearing on 03.09.2022. After that, some petitions have been filed and because of that, the case is kept pending.

4.Considering the physical condition of the petitioner, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur is directed to expedite the trial process and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the trial Court. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
