ORDER

There is no appearance on either side.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is for implementing the Lok Adalat award. It is too well settled that Lok Adalat award is binding as Court decree and it is even open to the one to file execution petition.

3. I am certain that a nationalized bank like the respondent will not act in defiance of what was agreed before the Lok Adalat and which agreement culminated in the form of an award. It is always open to the petitioner herein to file execution petition.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
