This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2015 and to pass orders.

2.This writ petition was filed in the year 2015 and was taken up for hearing only in the year 2023. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 28.02.2023, it was reported that the petitioner's counsel died and therefore, this Court by order dated 28.02.2023 directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Though notice was served on the petitioner, there is no representation for the petitioner on 10.04.2023. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2015 is for removal of the encroachment in 2/4

Government Poramboke land without referring any survey numbers and the Deputy Tahsildar, namely, Malaisamy has given an instruction that there is no such encroachment as claimed by the petitioner in his representation.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
