The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2025 seeking mutation of revenue records in his name in respect of the properties situate in S.Nos. 238/2C, 238/2D, 238/2E, 255/3, 255/4, 255/8, 130/6 and 80/6 in Uthappuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District. 2/5
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was bequeathed in his favour by his mother under a Will dated 30.03.2010. The petitioner's mother died on 10.04.2022. Therefore, the petitioner submitted instant representation dated 16.07.2025 before the third respondent seeking mutation of revenue records, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of 3/5
a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhars in Patta No.1529 and other legal heirs of Kalammal. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
