Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.81129/N2/2/2014 dated 13.03.2015 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work at Periyapallivasal Primary Health Center, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District based on the order passed by the first respondent dated 23.02.2015 and the 3rd respondent dated 09.04.2015.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.81129/N2/2/2014 dated 13.03.2015 and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work at Periyapallivasal Primary Health Centre, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD).NO.7729 of 2015 District, based on the order passed by the first respondent, dated 23.02.2015 and the 3rd respondent, dated 09.04.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been transferred to Pettai Primary Health Centre, Tirunelveli and now, she is working in the said Primary Health Centre.

3.. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
