Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KISHOK KUMAR.V.S., Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to pay the amount in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7995 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD) SR No.24109 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is aged about 69 years and getting pension. The respondent is practicing Advocate and she is also earning.
