2.The revision petitioner got married to Aadharsh on 23.01.2019. Their relationship has came under strain. Aadharsh therefore filed H.M.O.P.No.604 of 2024 before the Family Court, Madurai for dissolution of marriage. Aadharsh is working as Army major. Therefore, he cannot be personally present. Hence, I.A.No.1 of 2024 was filed so that he can be represented by this father. The said IA was allowed by the Court below. Challenging the same, this civil revision petition came to be filed. 3.Taking into account the fact that the respondent herein is an Army major, the Court below had granted permission so that Aadharsh can be represented by his father. Interference is not warranted and the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
