O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry basing on the complaint given by the respondent No.3.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent No.3 has borrowed an amount of Rs.55,00,000/- from the petitioner and on the demand made by the petitioner to return the said amount, the respondent No.3 has filed a false complaint, thereby the respondent police are harassing the petitioner, on account of which the petitioner has sent a representation to the police and there was no action, thereby sought for suitable directions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner is registered as CSR.No.376 of 2023 and the complaint of the petitioner was also registered as CSR.No.390 of 2023 and both the complaints were enquired into and since the dispute between 2/4

the petitioner and the respondent No.3 is purely civil in nature as both of them have exchanged the money, both of them were advised to approach the civil Court and accordingly, both the complaints were closed. 4.Since both the petitions stated to have been closed, no further directions can be given. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
