When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner died during the pendency of this Writ Petition.

2. In view of the above, it is left open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to make an online application seeking for survey of the subject property and if there are objections made for the survey, the concerned authority shall deal with the same and shall take a decision as expeditiously as possible.

3. This Writ Petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
