When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

3. The Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai is directed to dispose of C.C.No.32/2021 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.
