2. The case is posted under the caption "for dismissal". I went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3. The fourth respondent has filed counter affidavit and the learned Additional Government Pleader took me through its contents. 2/4

4. From a reading of the materials on record, it is obvious that the petitioner is having a private civil dispute with the contesting respondents herein. The question of invoking writ jurisdiction in such matters will not arise. The petitioner has to necessarily go before the jurisdictional civil Court for establishing his rights.

5. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
