PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide any employment to the petitioner as eligible for his qualification on work preference application ground within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2021. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2021 has already been considered and rejected by the first respondent. In this regard, he also produced a letter received by him in Na.Ka.No.44946/2021/C.t11, dated 27.11.2021 by the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same contending that he has not been served with any communication by the first respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents shall instruct the first respondent to furnish a copy of the order of rejection to this petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, it is left open to him to challenge the above said order in the manner known to law.
