ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) CMP(MD) No.12509 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 712 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in CMP(MD) No.6077/2023 in CMA SR No.2095/2023.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, CMP(MD) No.12509 of 2024 is allowed and the delay is condoned.
