ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and sixth respondents to take action on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.06.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 6 submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and it was also closed. The closure report along with the relevant documents was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. No costs. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
