This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take action against the respondents 5 to 8 discriminating on the basis of church and preventing the petitioner from taking part of willful duties in the village and also not accepting the village tax and place to the graveyard on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is discrimination against the petitioner in conducting prayer and the provision of burial ground.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, by relying on a communication dated 12.12.2025 of the third respondent, would submit that there is no discrimination as alleged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, no further order is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
