C.M.P(MD)No.13489 of 2024 filed by the fourth appellant to receive additional document and raise additional grounds.
2. C.M.P(MD)No.14429 of 2024 filed by the second appellant to transpose as respondent in the writ appeal in view of the fact that the appeal preferred without proper consent and knowledge.
3. In the writ petition preferred by D.Subbammal, the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Co-operative Housing Federation, arrayed as second respondent. All the four respondents in the writ petition joint together and preferred writ appeal. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the respondents 3 and 4 in the writ petition has already got themselves transposed as respondents in the appeal. The second appellant has come before this Court with similar request to get himself transposed as respondent.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth appellant would submit that 3/5
there is a conflict of interest between the fourth appellant and other appellants and therefore, transposing the other appellants as respondents is necessary. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth appellant also submit that the petition independently filed by the fourth appellant to receive additional documents and raise additional grounds in view of the subsequent judgment of this Court and also subsequent revision of pay and payment of Rs.2,36,662.33/- to the writ petitioner/respondent in the appeal on 31.10.2023 towards full quit and settlement.
5. In view of the above submissions, the application filed by the second appellant to transpose himself as respondent is allowed and the application filed by the fourth appellant to receive additional document and raise additional grounds allowed.
