These matters are listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would invite my attention to the mistake in the cause title which has been reflected in the common order dated 05.03.2025.

3.The Registry is directed to reflect separate cause titles as it stands in W.P.No.7839 of 2015 and W.P.No.20971 of 2019 and issue fresh order copy.

4.The learned counsel also bring to my notice that in respect of certain items of property, there is no pending civil litigation and he would therefore seek for inclusion of liberty being granted to initiate fresh proceedings wherever there are no civil suits pending. smv 5.Acceding to the said requests, the following sentence shall be inserted at the end of paragraph No.5 and issue fresh order copy: "Insofar as the properties where there are no disputes pending in any Civil Courts, then it shall be open to the petitioner Trust to initiate appropriate suits in accordance with law".
