Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to take necessary steps to collect the arrears of the property tax, and other charges from the fifth respondent as per the demand, dated 18.01.2024 of the fourth respondent within time limit as prescribed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court.
