It is submitted that the letter sent to the petitioner did not elicit any response. 2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. It pertains to auction of shops belonging to municipality. The period also has long since lapsed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
