Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair order and decreetal order made in I.A.No. 1 of 2021 in O.S.No. 177/2022 dated 03-08-2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 24.11.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif(FAC), Sankarankovil in D.No.623/2023 dated 29.08.2023, seeking further extension of five months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.177 of 2022, this Court made the following order:

"This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 24.11.2022, directed the learned District Munsif to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.177 of 2022 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Additional District Munsif, holding full additional charge of Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, has submitted a requisition through the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 05.09.2023, stating that since the 8 th defendant was reported dead, steps are pending.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four 2/4

months time to dispose of the suit.

4. Accordingly, the learned Additional District Munsif is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.177 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. "
