The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent expelling the petitioner from the college for certain activities. 2.It is reported by the learned counsel for the third respondent college that the petitioner during the pendency of this writ petition had approached the third respondent and had sought for the 'Transfer Certificate' on his own volition and the 'Transfer Certificate' has also been issued to the petitioner. 2/4

3.In such circumstances, the petitioner having left the college voluntarily no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
