Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner challenges the decision taken in a peace committee meeting held on 11.04.2015. The subject matter has already become infructuous. In any event, a decision taken in a peace committee meeting does not have any statutory value or consequence. It is not amenable to challenge in writ jurisdiction.
3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his rights in the manner know to law, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 09.08.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 2/4
