ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Though sixth respondent has been served and his name is printed in the cause list, he has not chosen to enter appearance.

2. The allegation of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent had obtained two family ration cards. The petitioner wants atleast one of them to be cancelled. This is a serious allegation and it cannot be ignored. 2/4

3. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and take action as per law. The sixth respondent shall be put on notice by the second respondent before taking final action. The entire exercise shall be completed by the second respondent within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
