O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct an inquiry, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2014.

2. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that the representation has been made as early as, in the year 2014, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall

conduct an inquiry, after affording a reasonable opportunity to all parties and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law.

3.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
