ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the issuance of patta in favour of the fourth respondent. The petitioner had filed O.S.No.110 of 2013 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Karaikudi against the fourth respondent. The suit was dismissed on 25.09.2014 itself. The petitioner does not appear to have filed any appeal. If any appeal is filed, the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the same. The question of 2/4

interfering with the impugned order does not arise. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
