This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.346 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Sugan Raj is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Mr.R.Kathiravan, SSI of Police 2454 attached to Ponmalai Police Station, Trichy City. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.
