Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.15567 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
