Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the third respondent to remove his name from the history sheeted rowdy list.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's name is in the list since 2012. But in the year 2020, he was implicated as an accused in a murder case.
