2. I went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The prayer in this writ petition is that the authorities should not put up or dig any structure in the lands belonging to the writ petitioners.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed. It has been clearly stated therein that the slag bridge (Odai) has been put up only in Survey No.98 and that the petitioners' lands have not been touched. The construction is also over.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
