ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.6, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 & 29(1) of N.D.P.S Act and 269 of IPC, in Crime No.733 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 15.05.2020, the petitioner along with other accused have transported 180 kg of Ganja in a Car bearing Registration No.TN-68-E-1414, for sale. Hence, this complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 30.07.2020. According to him, more than 1 1⁄2 years he is in custody. CRL OP(MD) No.18988 of 2021 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that this is the sixth bail application, earlier petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.6787 of 2021 was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court, dated 19.05.2021. He would further submit that final report has been filed before the Special District and Sessions Judge(For NDPS Act, Cases), Madurai and it was taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.250 of 2021 and now, it was posted for framing of charges.

5.Since charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner may approach the Trial Court for appropriate relief. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
