Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction and disburse the retirement benefits and other benefits to the petitioner for his services as Physical Education Teacher in the institutions run by the fifth respondent from 01.12.1966 to 31.05.1999 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2018.

The petitioner seeks a Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction and disburse retirement benefits for his services as 1/3

Physical Education Teacher in Institutions run by the fifth respondent between the dates 01.12.1966 to 31.05.1999, based on his representation, dated 16.04.2018.

2. On 26.11.2021, Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents had drawn attention to representation filed by the petitioner on 16.04.2018, where he refers two earlier writ petitions filed by him in W.P.Nos.6994 of 2011 and 17338 of 2014, wherein the same relief as sought for in the present writ petition appear to have been sought. Those writ petitions have come to be dismissed on 29.10.2014. Ms.Aswini, who appears for the petitioner was directed to produce the copies of the orders passed in the aforesaid writ petitions and the matter was listed today.

3. Today, she expresses her inability to produce the orders as directed. However, in view of the fact that the aforesaid facts find place in the petitioner's representation, there can be no dispute on the position that the petitioner has been repeatedly approaching this Court seeking the same relief, and has been turned away, time and again.

4. This Writ Petition is, thus, dismissed. No costs.
