Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 10671/2022 dated 23.06.2022.

ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for disobeying the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.10671/2022 dated 23.06.2022.

2. By the order in Crl.OP(MD)No.10671/2022, the respondents herein were directed to register an FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, complete the investigation and file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai as 'mistake of fact' on 10.09.2022.

4. Let the RCS notice be served on the petitioner since it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not received the notice so far.

5. The order passed by this Court has been complied with and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. This contempt petition is therefore closed.
