2..Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that on the complaint of the third respondent/the wife of the petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR No.402 of 2025 has been conducted on 30.07.2025 and the matter has been forwarded to the Social Welfare Officer on 07.08.2025, wherein the issue has been settled amicably, by dissolving the marriage of the petitioner with the third respondent. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 13.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes vrn 2/4
