ORDER
As against the show cause notice issued by the Ambasamudram Municipality dated 22.06.2018 this writ petition was filed in the year 2018. It appears that this show cause notice was issued pursuant to the orders of this court in WP(MD)No.10892 of 2018 etc., batch, dated 21.03.2018.
2.According to the learned counsel for the respondent municipality the Division Bench of this court found that the place where shops are run are government lands and therefore this court directed the municipality to remove the encroachment. Therefore as per the directions of the Division Bench of this Court the show cause notice has been issued. 3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that they have also filed a civil suit before the Additional District Court, Tirunelveli in OS.No.51 of 2024 seeking declaration to declare S.No.370A /10 in Mela Ambasamudram as their land.

4.This court considered the rival submissions made. 5.This writ petition is filed as against the show cause notice, which was issued pursuant to the orders of the Division Bench. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
