Market) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to conduct the auction for the said items alone after following all the procedures contemplated under law.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
