ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.06.2025 against the fourth respondent for refund of a sum of Rs.30,00,000/-.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner had in fact received a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- from the fourth respondent on the false promise of securing a posting as Record Clerk. During enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, it was revealed that out of the said amount, only a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- was repaid to the fourth respondent.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3112 of 2019, holding that action has to be taken against persons, who attempt to obtain employment through illegal monetary transactions, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on 10.08.2025 treating it as relating to an illegal transaction.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the second respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
