O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A1 1806-1/2014, dated 04.05.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to constitute a Selection Committee to conduct selection process for the post of Deputy Registrar in the first respondent University, after filling up the post of Vice Chancellor.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition is no more existence for the reason that the petitioner and the fifth respondent had retired from service and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
