This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 herein from in any way digging Solid Waste Management Pits in S.No.69 of Tamaraipadi Village, Dindigul District, in front of the petitioner industrial premises affecting the ingress and egress to the petitioner industry at S.No.68/3 Thamaraipadi Village,

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader had produced the instructions received by her from the Block Developments Officer/second respondent herein, dated 02.03.2023, in Na.Ka.No.37/2022/C.5

3. In view of the instructions, indicating that in view of the filing of the writ petition by the petitioner, the Solid waste management programme has been shifted to Survey No.209, which belongs to the National Highways Department.

4. In view of the solid waste Management Programme is not been carried on, as complained by the petitioner, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.03.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No sbn
