ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that her husband is detaining her Aadhaar card, passport and ration card and other documents, has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and has filed this petition.
2.The learned Government Advocate (CrlSide) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is living separately from her husband for the past 5 years. She lodged the complaint as against her husband, it was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.81 of 2024 and was closed on 22.07.2025. Thereafter the petitioner preferred the present complaint directly to the Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram and it was forwarded for enquiry. Enquiry was conducted by the 3rd respondent police as current paper and the complaint was closed on 30.11.2024.

3.Recording the above submission of learned Government Advocate this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
