ORDER

Since the representation, dated 28.07.2021 seeking house site patta in respect of the property measuring an extent of 2 cents comprised in Survey No.158/9 situated at Mattaparai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District has not been considered to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Taking into account the fact that for the last 3 years the petitioner's representation is pending without any steps being taken to issue patta, a mandamus is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
