PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the District and Sessions Court (PCR) Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of surrender on merits in Crime No.143 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent police.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the District and Sessions Court (PCR) Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of surrender on merits in Crime No.143 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent police.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that previous enmity this case has been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the District and Sessions Court (PCR) Ramanathapuram within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in 2/4
