ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and there is no cognizable offence made out as against this petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that a petition enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent Police and as on date no case has been registered against the petitioner.
