ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the circular issued by the first respondent and the consequential circular issued by the second respondent with regard to the affiliation of the petitioner institution. 2.Pending the circular, a policy decision has been taken by the first respondent that the ITI institutes will be continued with affiliation till they are disaffiliated and that there was no requirement for the ITI institutions to make applications for re-affiliation until further orders. 3.In view of the subsequent development, I am of the view that there is no further adjudication required to be made in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
