Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the Petitioner's land situated in Re.S.No.166/8H, Alanganallur Village,Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the Petitioner's application vide payment of Challan, dated 26.7.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate

the four boundaries of the Petitioner's land situated in Re.S.No.166/8H, Alanganallur Village,Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the Petitioner's application vide payment of Challan, dated 26.7.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioner's land as referred to above has been surveyed and demarcated as prayed for in the Writ Petition, on 27.10.2022 and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

4.In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
