Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBET JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.279 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024 1/3

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there no blood sureties for the petitioner.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with any two sureties.
